Job Description

As Product Information Leader you will contribute to validation process of the product information. You will be accountable for coordinating, securing and continuously improving the compliance of the product information on the labels that face our customers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Drive the labelling process internally and with the consultants making sure deadlines are met and product information is compliant with local market legislation.
• Perform spot-checks to secure compliance of existing product labels.
• Responsible for the daily operational contact with consultants and graphic designers.
• Contribute to establish a strong quality culture among all IKEA Food co-workers.

This position is located in Malmö, Sweden and it is a part time (50 %), temporary assignment until 31st August 2021.

Qualifications

You have a passion for quality and food and are inspired by the IKEA vision “To create a better everyday life for the many people”. We see that you have knowledge and experience from quality, regulatory and compliance of products in food industry.

You have critical thinking with ability to challenge things. You are also a good coordinator keeping track and following up with your stakeholders. Through your communications skills you are building strong and trustworthy relations with both internal and external stakeholders and you are a true team player who is always happy to support others. You also are self-driven, goal oriented and business minded and you handle stressful situations in a good way.
