IKEA Food is on a transformation journey, building and transforming a completely new eco system for the food business and we are looking for someone to join our team making this possible.
Job Description
In the position you will work in the heart of our core IKEA business Food in the exciting journey to support a process oriented way of working covering the entire value-chain.
You will be a strong pillar in our change team in the work of transforming the business by preaching and demonstrating the value created by a process-oriented organization.
Your assignment is to:
Within the IKEA Food Business, you will play a key role in spreading a process oriented mind set and supporting in process development as part of the Business Process Office, by:
• Facilitate the establishment of a complete food management systems such as set of organisation, process and working routines that is used by Food to ensure that IKEA can fulfil the tasks required to achieve its objective
• Coach process owners and their teams in getting processes and working routine to be a natural embedded, context-based and seamless parts of every co-workers daily tasks.
• Actively support the food organisation to reach the agreed process maturity.
• Support and guide development project when they create process and working routines
Qualifications
To be able to succeed in the role you need to be able to set in our vision and goals, and the road from today. To be able to achieve our mission, we need a person that can share the big picture but still have love for the details. That has the ability to coach and discover improvements throughout the value-chain but also that has a passion for creating a framework in the supporting process material.
We are looking for one or many previous experiences like:
• Experience of implementing a process organisation
• Experience in working with management system (processes, working routines, role & responsibilities etc.)
• Experience of the food industry
• Leadership of change, knows how to “get things done”
• Ability to communicate with a large audience and have had experience in meeting stakeholders on all applicable levels.
You are passionate in influencing and leading other people i.e. working through others.
You are enthusiastic, driven, structured and determined, and act as a role model for the IKEA values.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
You have also a desire to share knowledge and develop people and competences for a better IKEA.
Additional Information
The Position is located in our central Malmö offices, 2 minutes from Malmö C.
It is a temporary position for 12 months as a starting point and we would love for you to join us as soon as possible.
