The Communication & Media Services Area is IKEA`s communication partner and provides all IKEA trademark and business partners with Communication & Media Services for paper, print and digital.

Print Media Team will lead the Print Media Area. The Team will develop print media solutions and lead production solutions with end-to-end acountability including complete print media solution and communication assets and packages. The Print Media Team is now looking for a Production Responsible.

As a Production Responsible you will be responsible for the daily service and support towards Business Partners, Retailers and Suppliers.

Examples of responsibilities in this role are as following:

• Responsible for business documentation/process compliancy
• Create production plans in co-operation with business partners and monitor delivery according to plan and agreement. Secure document delivery to IKEA Retailers (sales order confirmation) and suppliers (purchase order
• Assign Purchase agreements to Sales orders (create purchase orders)
• Follow-up productions, process invoices, process additional costs and support product manager with production closure
• Manage change request process, update Sales orders and Purchase orders
• Facilitate Pre-shipping out meeting with IKEA retailers and suppliers with the purpose to secure all production details before production start
• Maintain, update and communicate routines and specifications towards IKEA business partners, IKEA Retailers, IKEA Indirect Material and Services, IKEA Communication and suppliers
• Follow up and close defined IWAY audits and action plan
• Responsible to maintain relevant tools as support the production process: e.g. Business System

The person we´re looking for is someone that has the willingness and drive to find common interests and agendas, build trust and create partnerships to reach common goals.

You´ll need:

• Good knowledge and experience of print and digital media production process and planning, Media and or Business administration degree 
• Good knowledge and experience of customer service, business administrative routines 
• Good knowledge of communications. Fluent in English, both spoken and written 
• Basic knowledge accounting process and purchase procedures
• Basic knowledge of IT systems
