Job Description

About the role

  • As CRM & Loyalty Leader, you will be responsible to define and develop an holistic framework approach for IKEA to engage with people, building lifelong relations and customer value through low cost operations. The development areas are based on ONE IKEA business plan and its defined priorities.
  • You will lead the work to define and develop the IKEA point of view of customer engagement across all customer meetings and initiate and lead the development of a common and IKEA unique and dynamic CRM Framework that attracts activates and engage consumers and customers adaptable in a fast changing context.
  • The assignments will vary from leveraging the role of loyalty to create a competitive position in all markets, to how to strengthen the IKEA brand through customer platforms that build communities.
  • You will not be alone! In close co-operation with our Easy Shopping Manager, Food Experience Manager, Customer Information and Data Management Leader and specialists you will collaborate across the leadership assignments of Core Business Franchise as well as develop sustainable business relationships with other colleagues from such as Range and Supply and IKEA retailers.
