IKEA Supply China (“ISCN”) is the wholesale business unit buying IKEA goods from Suppliers and selling to retailers in Asia Pacific region, comparable to IKEA Supply AG.  As a unit equipped with finance, legal, risk, compensation & benefit, corporate communication specialists, ISCN also provides common/shared services to all Inter IKEA business units and sites in China.

Finance Process Developer is focusing on the whole finance process development, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and working routines towards higher efficiency and effective controls by improving and streamlining existing processes, working routines and solutions.

Your assignment

• Identify finance process improvement opportunities, from both efficiency and effectiveness perspective, and deliver relevant solutions.

• Lead or contribute to various process improvement projects.

• Lead the development of new tools, updating and maintenance of the existing tools that can improve ISCN Finance working efficiency.

• Lead the constant development and maintenance of ISCN Finance working methods and working instructions, to make sure they are updated with high quality.

• Contribute to ISCN Finance working process review and design, to secure effective internal controls are in existence and identified risks are timely remediated.

• Coach and facilitate other teams to identify improvement opportunities, and create a “continuous improvement” mind set in the organization.

• Work on ad-hoc project base

You have:

• University degree

• 5~8 year previous experience of finance/business process/system area

• Experience in process setup and project management

• Experience in automation solution development

• Good networking and resource exploring capability

• Constantly strive for renewal and solution driven

• Excellent communication among different stakeholders

• Excellent process development and documentation skills/tools

• Good facilitation skills

• Fluent in English, both in oral and written
