Job Description
Do you want to create the Manufacturing System of the Future at IKEA Industry? Are

Our mission is to support and improve the business by providing a robust and efficient information supply to the organization. We operate strategically, tactically and operationally with all aspects of the IT delivery; from demand capture to realization, implementation and operational support in a global manufacturing environment.
During the first year, you will be part of our programme to create the Manufacturing System of the Future. Initially you will be a vital player in defining and designing our PLM landscape. As the solutions moves into production you will take the responsibility to secure that ongoing development and operations fulfill the needs across the organization. You will work in close cooperation with our process development teams, group functions, site representatives and peer Solution Owners to develop, implement and support solutions based on our standard platforms.
Main responsibilities
Solution ownership for PLM, Product Lifecycle Management
Provide strategic direction, roadmap and standards within area of responsibility, align with business strategies and IT architecture
Stay updated on new solutions and technologies, be innovative and bring future ideas to our business
Manage solution/service cost and budget. Coordinate license, maintenance, support and service contract
Manage relationship with other parts of IKEA, external service providers, suppliers and partners.
Qualifications
We believe you have an academic background in Computer Science, Engineering or equal working experience. You have about five years working experience from a global organization, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience from implementing and managing digital solutions is a merit.
