Job Description
Due to internal promotion, EVSE is looking for a proactive and engaging Service Coordinator to step into the business in an on-site full-time role in Silverwater to help us scale and deliver the highest quality service to our diverse customer base. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting the Engineering and Services Team with the everyday operations the end-to-end servicing process.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
- Billing & Database Management: Oversee service payments and maintain accurate records.
- Admin & Documentation: Process orders, quotes, and service documentation.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and support customer service channels.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote annual maintenance packages.
- Invoicing: Ensure timely and proactive invoicing.

The following experience is beneficial but not essential. We encourage applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience gained in customer service, operations, administration, logistics, trades coordination, or other fast-paced environments.
- Scheduling field work and coordinating contractors
- Booking and managing customer appointments
- Experience using maintenance, service management, or workforce scheduling systems
- Experience working within tiered support environments (L1-L4)
- Managing competing priorities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
