Job Description

In this role, you’ll support revenue growth by enabling strong client relationships, clean sales processes, and a high‑quality customer experience.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients and key stakeholders
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to support a strong sales pipeline
  • Support opportunities through to Qualified‑to‑Buy and Deal‑Won stages
  • Partner with Business Development Managers on follow‑ups, proposals, and client communications

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in HubSpot CRM
  • Keep opportunities current with clear next steps, close dates, and deal details
  • Monitor pipeline health and flag stalled or outdated opportunities
  • Assist with sales reporting and dashboard preparation

Client Experience & Sales Support

  • Respond to client enquiries within agreed service levels
  • Support client retention through regular check‑ins and internal coordination
  • Manage smooth handovers between sales, projects, and operations teams
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (helpful but not required)
  • Some experience or exposure to sales support, customer service, coordination, or business development roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Interest in working within a B2B environment and learning to use CRM systems
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an advantage, but training will be provided
  • Strong customer‑first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly across email, phone, and face‑to‑face interactions
  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn accurate data entry, reporting, and written communication
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
