Job Description

YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to help shape the visibility and engagement of our three dynamic brands. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate across departments to execute marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience, tell compelling brand stories, and drive results.

This is a role for a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in their day, and brings both creative flair and analytical sharpness to the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Marketing team in delivering integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social, and events.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns that engage B2B and B2C audiences across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral — from brochures and flyers to digital content and branded promotional items.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on outcomes with actionable insights.
  • Support the management of social media platforms by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
  • Plan, organise, and manage marketing events including trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Qualifications

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics
  • Develop and implement EDM Campaigns (HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft)
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C customers
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with timelines, expectations, and deliverables

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proactive and adaptable – able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and able to collaborate as a part of a team
  • Can take initiative and responsibility
  • Highly driven, willing to learn and grow
