Our Operations team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers across New Zealand and supporting our internal teams. We’re committed to carrying out safe, efficient, and compliant field installations and services that our customers can trust. YOUR ROLE

The position is responsible for ensuring our field providers and installers meet or exceed agreed delivery targets while closely managing costs and continuing to look for further performance and cost efficiencies.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Drive field performance by all field contractors to deliver cost efficient and productive field work with a continuous improvement mindset
• Work with other parts of the NZ business including operations to ensure work is delivered on time and with the right information to drive field performance
• Being the key point of contact with field providers for regular performance review meetings and drive resulting actions
• Providing input into technical processes, product development and training with a field delivery performance mindset
• Reviewing all field provider invoices to validate accuracy, identify areas where costs could be reduced and drive through necessary changes
• Engage with Australian counterparts to share productivity and cost efficiency ideas  
• Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained through any productivity or cost driven changes
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures

• Experienced in managing service providers and multiple stakeholders to achieve agreed business outcomes
• Experience in cost management and driving cost reduction with service providers
• Experienced and demonstrated strong communication skills and problem solving
• Ability to engage and influence at all levels from contractors to senior management
• Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment
• Drive and perseverance to achieve business outcomes
