Job Description

The New Energy Operations Coordinator plays a key role in our New Energy Operations team, managing project coordination to ensure smooth delivery of new energy initiatives. You’ll oversee scheduling, logistics, BOM generation, and network applications while working closely with internal teams, Field Service Providers (FSPs), and customers. Acting as the main contact for an offshore coordination team, you’ll support installations, resolve work-related issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • Provide remote guidance and support to the offshore coordination team, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards
  • Coordinate installation schedules with teams and customers for efficient project delivery
  • Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) using relevant tools to meet project requirements
  • Ensure timely equipment delivery by liaising with supply chain and installation teams
  • Submit and track grid connection applications, monitoring outcomes via Intellihub’s tools
  • Develop, maintain, and refine policies and procedures for operational excellence
  • Serve as the main customer contact during installations, addressing concerns and providing updates
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve coordination challenges and ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all coordination activities

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Field Service Scheduling & has worked in a high-Volume fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management – specifically Trades/Contractors
  • Experience and understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) – capacity to understand technical concepts
  • Multiple stage projects high volumes of scheduling jobs
  • Solar & battery industry experience highly regarded
  • A good understanding of Safety & Logistics
