Job Description
IntegriChain is seeking a compliance minded, detail-oriented Analyst II to provide ongoing support to customers in the area of State Price Transparency Reporting ("SPTR"). This role is part of a team who leverage their Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information to provide insights to our customers within the SPTR domain area.
The Analyst II will provide support for IntegriChain SPTR customer accounts, serving as a key resources for SPTR business analysis while managing multiple customers and concurrent projects. This role requires strong consultative skills, including the ability to proactively seek information and solutions, effectively manage expectations while meeting commitments, consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule, and maintain clear and effective communication throughout all stages of each engagement.
This team partners with numerous manufacturers to support drug launches and pricing initiatives, providing individuals with valuable opportunities to deepen their understanding of the complex pharmaceutical supply chain. Through this work, team members gain insight into how pricing, contracting, market access, and patient support programs collectively influence both patient access to therapy and overall manufacturer performance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for projects and customer engagements involving SPTR compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring all related activities are completed accurately and ahead of scheduled deadlines. Responsibilities include analyzing strategic pricing actions, developing and implementing appropriate compliance frameworks, and ensuring manufacturers are properly registered with applicable states to maintain full compliance.
• Collaborate with both US and Pune team members to provide operational support for State Price Transparency reporting obligations, including preparing required pricing transparency documents such as notices and reports and developing detailed pricing analysis spreadsheets.
• Produce high-quality deliverables for customers, effectively manage internal and external expectations, and consistently deliver work on or ahead of schedule to enhance customer satisfaction, foster referrals, support incremental revenue opportunities, and promote renewal of existing accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum B.A. / B.S.
- Life Sciences industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to manage many tasks and varying deadlines • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think quickly and propose effective alternatives and solutions.
- Exhibits strong capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
