Job Description

IntegriChain is seeking a detailed-oriented, polished, data-savvy, professional who is also energetic, outgoing and personable to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is not only a natural relationship-builder but also highly organized, self-driven, and eager to dive into technical information such as health care regulatory guidance and federal legislations while bringing enthusiasm to every challenge. They thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and aren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions to ensure success. This individual will provide ongoing support to customers - the most innovative life sciences and pharmaceutical companies in the world - who are launching new drug products or in a steady state with our pricing and contracting services.

This role, within the Advisory practice at IntegriChain, is part of an elite team of consultants who leverage their Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize secondary information to provide insights to our customers within the Government Pricing (“GP”) domain area. The consultant will work alongside our team of seasoned industry experts to provide prompt, accurate, and compliant pricing, and contracting advice to our customer.

This candidate has a naturally inquisitive mindset, a desire to quickly learn the complexities of pharmaceutical contracts and pricing landscape, and the ability to demonstrate high-level analytical and strategic thinking.

It’s a thrilling time to join the Advisory team at IntegriChain! This team works with many small manufacturers bringing their first product to market, which presents individuals with opportunities to accelerate their understanding of the complex pharmaceutical supply chain and how interconnected pricing, contracting, market access and patient programs impact a patient’s ability to access the therapy and a manufacturer’s bottom line.

  • Update and/or develop policies and procedure documentation for customers to ensure compliance with government regulations and effective corporate governance
  • Create deliverables of utmost quality for customers, manage expectations internally and externally, and provide on or ahead of time delivery to ensure customer account satisfaction to encourage referrals, drive incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure renewal business on existing accounts
  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel, while ensuring timely delivery and responses to customer requests

  • Take the initiative in learning and interpreting technical information, such as regulatory guidelines or federal bills, and apply that knowledge effectively
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in project management and execution, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and care
  • Stay organized and self-motivated, capable of managing your workload independently while asking insightful questions when further clarity is needed
