Job Description
About the Role
- Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer, and other dermatologic conditions.
- Perform full-body skin examinations, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
- Evaluate and manage a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology patients.
- Collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients while educating them about their skin health and treatment options.
- Enjoy a full-time, 4-day-per-week schedule with no weekends and no inpatient requirements.
- Benefit from an experienced administrative and clinical team that helps manage scribing and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to focus on your patients.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California, or eligibility to obtain.
- Prior experience in dermatology required; 2+ years preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and confidence managing a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology cases.
- A compassionate, patient-first mindset and genuine interest in providing high-quality dermatologic care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients clearly about diagnoses and treatment options.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and fellow providers.
