Scanning paper charts into Electronic Health Record
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and workplace safety.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience posting and balancing charges and collecting co-pays.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.

- Work schedule will be determined in coordination with management and are subject to change based on business needs and managerial discretion.
- Monday- Friday 5:00pm-8:30pm
