This scope is not customer specific and directed at three primary objectives over the course of July 2024 although it may extend beyond:

• A smooth transition of the role of Director, Professional Services APAC in the first month of tenure.
• Assist in integration for new Business Partnerships model for successful engagements with customers.
• Facilitate enablement of the Centre of Excellence professional services team to engage effectively with customers on optimisation work.

• Communication - Communicate effectively with customers and internal cross-functional partners, creating promoters at every touchpoint. Clear and articulate language, capable of working with a range of client representatives, particularly in Finance and IT, each possessing varying degrees of technical capability; ability to illustrate concepts and ideas with visual aids. Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate
