Responsibilities

Lead QA-team, QA-process and QA-initiatives for the Angles for SAP product line across the different scrum teams.

Work with developers to design and implement test and validation strategies.

Take ownership of quality through delivery and maintenance of fully automated tests.

Drive Quality throughout the development cycle by defining quality gates in the process, demonstrate & bring accountability in the team (Dev, Test, Product manager) for maintaining code and release quality.

Design and code automated tests (functional, integration, regression, and performance), run manual tests, report metrics and defects.

Work with developers and SDETs to design and implement test and validation strategies.

Drive & participate in bug bashes for features.

Participate in design and code reviews, create test cases from design / user stories.

Desirable -

Experience with Selenium

Good to have any ETL platform experience.

Experience of good product development organization

Exposure to AWS S3 and Redshift database is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP Systems

Personal Skills –

Strong written and verbal communications skills to collaborate developers, testers, product owners, scrum masters, directors, and executives.

Experience taking part in the decision-making process in application code design, solution development, code review.

Strong worth ethic and emotional intelligence including being on time for meetings.

Ability to work in fast-changing environment and embrace change while still following a greater plan.

Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent job experience

8+ years of experience in creating automated tests (functional, integration and regression), run manual tests, report metrics and defects.

3+ years of experience in leading a team of SDETs and working with the team to set standards, select test-tools / platforms.

·         2+ years of experience of QA in a cloud product environment (Preferably AWS)

Experience with Designing, Architecting and Reviewing Test Strategy and Master Test Plans

Experience with Creating and maintaining various quality matrixes is essential to understand the project progress.

Experience with Collaborating with engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
