Insightsoftware is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Senior Analyst. This role will work closely together with the existing team within ISW EMEA Order to Cash team assisting in cash collections, focus of the role is primarily to support Europe based customers and process first cut collections across various product lines. You will play a critical role in achieving Insightsoftware’s mission of delivering top notch service to our customers by overseeing day-to-day Account receivable activities for all EMEA subsidiaries across various product lines.

Primary Responsibilities:

•         Follow up on first cut of collections.
•         Coordinate to resolve AR payment discrepancies.
•         Reconcile customer accounts.
•         Coordinate to issue credit notes.
•         Create & produce reports for AR aging & metrics.
•         Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments.
•         Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Collections.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively.
• Self-starter who can take on responsibility with little oversight.
• Ability to work in shifts.
