Job Description
Insightsoftware is seeking a Solutions Engineer Director France reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering - EMEA You will:
- Manage the French Solutions Engineers team
- Perform and demonstrate insightsoftware solutions to prospective customers.
- He will support the sales team and their development of positive and effective relationships with prospective clients and internal departments to ensure prospective client expectations are exceeded.
- Make sure that Salesforce is filled properly by all the team and will provide statistics on key figures
- Travel up to 30%.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous enterprise level experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Prior experience with financial software, a plus.
- Prior experience in statutory consolidation & planning (and disclosure management a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Proven ability to understand and address prospective client objections.
- Strong ability to match product functionality to the prospects’ business needs.
- Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness and good judgment.
Technical Skills
- Understand financial and month-end reporting requirements
- Understand financial consolidation processes
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning from a functional perspective
- Familiarity with advanced Excel capabilities and functions
- Previous experience with the insightsoftware suite of products
- Ability to write SQL based queries and reports

- Keep current on new product functionality and its proper use.
- Deliver relevant and pertinent demonstrations of all insightsoftware based on prospect needs.
- Assist with completion and review of requests for proposal and information (RFPs and RFIs).
- Provide and review insightsoftware best practices, use case scenarios and prospective client stories both internally and externally to assist prospective clients with expanded use of application functionality.
- Educate prospects and clients through webinars, on-site training presentations and trials.
- Prepare and deliver effective custom demonstrations using prospect data.
- Provide coverage, education, and application expertise by attending client/prospect roundtables, conferences and other events.
- Document relevant activities in Salesforce and other tools as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
