insightsoftware is looking for a Collections ManagerManager, Renewals for this fast-growing financial software company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will play a critical role in achieving insightsoftware's mission by leading our global collections team and B2B collects processes to enhance cash flow for the company. You will be part of a cross functional team driving the review, communication and planning for individual collections and the processes more broadly. In addition, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Order Management teams to resolve customer issues related to pending payments.  We are looking for an exceptionally smart and self directed candidate who can drive change, collaborate with cross functional team partners and provide exceptional customer experience to quickly resolve issues and enable the collections process.

This critical leadership role will develop and deliver an operational quality improvement strategy across all insightsoftware entities resulting in a highly predictable and effective collections experience. The Collections Manager is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to insightsoftware’s customers and partners and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. The right candidate will have experience with collections process implementation and improvement, managing teams, collecting from multiple legal entities, and processing bankruptcy notices.

Minimum qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        4+ years of experience with software renewals  

·        Salesforce.com and Netsuite experience are preferred

·        Experience optimizing collections tools (YayPay, Tesorio, other) is highly valued

·        Ability to work within cross functional teams to drive optimum results 

·        Must be operationally-oriented with a keen focus on process, metrics, and results
