• Responsible for planning and delivery of all statutory financial statements, including statutory filings and management of external service providers in local markets
• Responsible for the technical accounting judgements relating to local statutory reporting for annual financial statements across EMEA and APAC
• Project manage statutory auditors to ensure timely delivery, meeting all local filing deadlines
• Collaborate with local executives and non-Accounting and Finance teams to ensure compliance related matters are communicated and adhered to
• Propose initiatives that promote efficiency and/or effectiveness
• Able to show leadership by coordinating and influencing the EMEA and APAC Accounting team through periods of transformation due to acquisition and growth

• Extensive accounting experience, consultancy and in house
• ACCA/ACA Qualified 
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting
• Software experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels both within and outside the company 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite/Salesforce
