Job Description

The Sr Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the integrated paid media digital marketing team.  This role focuses on developing the global paid media strategy and associated programs.  The Sr Manager, Digital Marketing, works closely with the VP, Digital Marketing, as well as executive teams, product marketing, customer success, digital, demand generation, sales, and solution engineering to ensure buy-in and full visibility of the global digital marketing strategy. This role will work to build a world class integrated paid media center of excellence, as well as manage a talented team responsible for paid digital marketing channels across all insightsoftware regions and core product lines.

The Sr Manager, Digital Marketing, is responsible for the following: 

  • Manage and inspire a dedicated global team to produce their best work and consistently deliver above expectation
  • Champion strategy and plans prioritizing key team deliverables in order to meet marketing and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain key cross-functional relationships to ensure stakeholders are involved and aligned when planning and implementing paid media solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end paid media management from ideation, execution and optimization across complex business teams and goals.
  • Oversee global paid media account restructuring and consolidation strategies and activities resulting from M&A activities.
  • Own the integrated paid media marketing strategy and lead acquisition efforts across all paid media channels (paid social, programmatic display, paid search, and more)
  • Own and manage the paid media budget, in order to meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the insightsoftware business, core product lines, customers, and regional teams.
  • Innovating new processes and ways to support the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree, a plus
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as Digital Marketing professional, running enterprise-level paid media campaigns in B2B marketing required, including significant experience working with or for software / technology businesses.
  • Experience working with start-ups or high-growth / PE-backed companies will be of substantial benefit.
  • Significant team management experience is also a requirement.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple departments and geographies
  • Experienced with balancing SEO & paid search co-optimization strategies, lifecycle marketing and launching paid omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • A passion for understanding customers, their needs, and how we can best address them
  • Proficient in utilizing SaaS tools and systems (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Wrike, Airtable)
  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with professionals outside the business
