Job Description
Summary
Our Customer Success Associate (CSA) will learn and engage with a variety of Customer Success professionals to gain a well-rounded understanding of our business and products, the customer lifecycle in a SaaS organization and how to effectively utilize metrics and data to improve customer experience.
What will you do?
Manage and update key data points within Salesforce, our CRM platform, to help the organization better leverage data to gain meaningful insight and better execute business strategy
Review Renewal Contracts for clients to ensure accurate billing and proper relationship management
Create proposals to maintain recurring revenue
Co-Develop and Co-Execute on customer growth strategies to increase client retention and customer satisfaction
Assisting Account Executives, Renewal Managers, and Senior Leaders with gaining visibility on client health

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Junior/Senior/Recent graduate pursuing careers in: Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, International Relations, Language, General Business, Economics or related degrees.
OR Individuals looking to make a career transition into Corporate Tech role
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in working in a customer relations capacity
Professional Proficiency in English, additional language fluency is a plus.
Familiarity with BI and CRM tools - PowerBI, Salesforce preferred
Experience that included resolution and escalation management
