Job Description

insightsoftware’s expansion has created the need for an experienced and innovative Creative Designer III. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing and Creative, this role will apply proficient knowledge of design and visual art principles to produce high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, web designs, presentations, and more.

What will you do?

·       Create visually compelling graphic design assets (i.e. logos, digital ads, website graphics, marketing collateral, videos, animations, social tiles, illustrations, events and promotional materials, etc.) to support brand, go-to-market, and sales enablement efforts

·       Uphold established brand guidelines and bring forth new design concepts and ideas to elevate brand look and feel

·       Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and additional stakeholders to deliver visual content that meets the desired purpose of a requested asset

·       Assist in maintaining image, icon, and infographic libraries for departmental use; source relevant imagery in support of content messaging

·       Research and remain up-to-date on design trends in print, digital, web, and mobile

·       Attend kick-off meetings between requesters, external agencies, and/or Creative Manager for new or multi-faceted projects, as necessary.

·       Complete projects on-time according to established Creative Service Level Agreements

·       Assist the Creative Manager or the Director, Brand Marketing and Creative with larger-scope creative project planning, as needed.

    Qualifications

    Are you a fit?

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant course work
    • Minimum 5+ years graphic design experience
    • Offers diverse portfolio demonstrating samples of exciting graphic design assets previously created
    • Expert level proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Strong understanding of the design process and project dependencies; experience in Wrike is a plus
    • Proven experience with web design, Material Design Standards, and intermediate understanding of UX/UI best practices
    • Experience and demonstrated success in a corporate marketing or comparable high-volume and fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to design to and proof against established brand guidelines, learning the brand rules over time to become a true brand guidelines champion.
    • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with professionals outside the business.
    • B2B technology, SaaS or financial services experience, a major plus
