The Marketing Automation Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team responsible for support marketing processes within the Pardot/Salesforce. Responsibilities will include managing lead routing, building segmentation lists, building emails, auditing 3rd party integrations and supporting database hygiene.

What will you do? 

• Own lead routing rules and maintain automation that supports the lead lifecycle (capture, qualification, handoff)
• Build and manage dynamic audience & suppression lists for marketing campaigns
• Build emails using standardized templates in Pardot
• Assist the Marketing Operations team with administration and technical support for Pardot/Salesforce and associated integrations
• Proactively identify & recommend process improvements in the lead lifecycle
• Document marketing operations processes for internal/external audiences
• Improve data hygiene / normalization
• Actively participate in cross-functional sessions that require Marketing Operations expertise 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience in a marketing / marketing automation related role
• Proficiency in Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot or similar tool; HTML/CSS a plus
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements based on best practices
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
