·        Execute CRM, MAS systems integration for Marketing data to insightsoftware platforms and processes (Salesforce, Pardot)

·        Lead process, data discussions with acquired company’s counterparts to document requirements and action items

·        Own mapping, transformation, and validation of Marketing data (leads, contacts, campaigns)

·        Collaborate cross-functionally (Business Systems, Sales Operations, Marketing, Consultants) to manage project action items 

·        Work lockstep with Director, Marketing Integrations to ensure project deliverables with respect to the overall integration schedule

·        Proactively identify and escalate potential risks

·        Provide training and post-integration support for incoming team members on insightsoftware systems

·        Identify process improvements and document best practices

·        Support the implementation of 3rd party tools leveraged by the marketing team

·        BA/BS required

·        3+ years’ experience in Salesforce/CRM; consultant capacity highly preferred

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Advanced analytical acumen and the ability to manipulate large data sets (vlookup, pivots, etc.)

·        Easily establishes rapport and effective relationships across role hierarchies

·        Experience managing/executing projects or strategic initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
