This position is responsible for the Order to Cash administration across the whole DACH region, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Contact person for customers in all aspects of order processing.
• Reviewing orders and contacting customers as needed.
• Supporting the team management in the implementation of new strategic processes.
• Independent processing of all transactions arising in accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger accounting for the entire IDL group of companies.
• Independent processing of factoring.
• Supervision of cash management and processing of domestic and foreign payment transactions.

Your Profile: 

• Successfully completed Accounting or Financial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mindset and structured, systematic way of working.
• Fluent written and spoken German and very good English skills.
