Job Description

Your Purpose in the Role

As Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping and accelerating growth across Australia and the wider APAC region. You’ll bring global, data‑led B2B growth strategies to life locally, while thoughtfully identifying region‑specific opportunities in close partnership with global and regional teams.

You’ll lead and nurture a small, high‑impact team, beginning with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), creating clarity, confidence and momentum through day‑to‑day coaching, prioritisation and alignment. Working collaboratively with regional leadership and the global marketing team, you’ll help build sustainable growth and lasting impact across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Help shape and bring to life the APAC growth marketing strategy, working within global frameworks and contributing across the full funnel — from demand generation through to pipeline growth.
  • Manage, coach and support SDRs as direct reports, fostering capability, confidence and strong pipeline outcomes.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing programs are aligned, purposeful and connected to regional priorities and growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with global digital, CRM, marketing automation and web teams to thoughtfully design, localise and deliver integrated B2B campaigns for APAC markets.
  • Support and tailor top‑of‑funnel lead generation programs — including content, campaigns, events and account‑based marketing — in partnership with global teams.
  • Guide SDR activity to ensure high‑quality outreach, effective lead qualification and smooth handover of opportunities to sales.
  • Use data, insights and experimentation to continually learn, refine and optimise performance and ROI.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing technology to track progress, manage pipelines and share clear, meaningful insights on growth outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with global marketing, product and regional stakeholders to localise and activate global initiatives for APAC audiences.
  • Contribute to regional planning, forecasting and budgeting, supporting sustainable and scalable growth.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in B2B growth, demand generation or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a regional or matrixed environment.
  • A proven ability to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes through thoughtful, integrated marketing programs.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and supporting or leading SDR or inside sales functions.
  • Strong analytical capability, paired with curiosity and confidence in using data to guide decisions.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics/D365 or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ease working across countries, cultures and regions.
  • A test‑and‑learn mindset, balanced with pragmatism and the ability to move forward in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A people‑centred leadership style, with a genuine passion for coaching, developing and empowering others.
  • Experience in professional services, learning, SaaS or B2B environments (desirable).

Additional Information

  • We offer a competitive annual salary and a discretionary annual bonus
  • Subsidised Health and Life Insurance
  • Flexible and remote working arrangements are available, with collaboration across global time zones and an office based in central Sydney city
  • 2-days Gift of Time to volunteer for local charities of your choice
  • Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
