As a Service Desk Analyst, you will contribute to the successful day to day running of the IT Service Desk globally while proactively supporting the needs of our global organization. Working on a hybrid basis in our Austin office, you will be part of a global team, responsible for ensuring all incidents and requests are resolved for our internal customers. Responsible for meeting our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Identifying and implementing improvements relating to our IT services in line with our customer service excellence standards. You will be part of a team who are the front face of Enterprise Technology to our business, and therefore an integral part of our business.
Job Description
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our global IT team. This is an ideal role for someone with around 12 months of IT experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Based in our Austin office on a hybrid basis, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the organization—resolving technical issues, installing business applications, and contributing to the success of our global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, efficient first-line IT support for internal users
- Log and manage incidents and requests, ensuring SLAs are met
- Install and support desktop applications and hardware
- Help improve IT processes and documentation
- Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices
- Support key technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Azure AD
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Around 1 year of IT support or service desk experience
- A strong customer-service mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and desire to grow
