Here we innovate and play to develop new, and evolve existing Products and Services, with a focus on customer-centricity, innovation, and product development. We focus on creating and evolving value by encompassing new learning, technology, sustainability, and market trends across our Intellectual Property.
Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Commercial Lead to join the Commercial and Enablement team, led by the Principal Commercial & Enablement Manager, and working beside the Enablement Lead and the Product Operations Lead.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our pricing process. You will work across cross functional teams to ensure pricing is appropriate, providing insightful analysis to support business decision making. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development and execution of the global pricing strategy, ensuring its effective implementation by working closely with project management, sales, and finance teams.
You will oversee pricing aspects of bids ensuring competitive and profitable outcomes. You’ll also manage and develop the performance of a small team of Commercial Pricing Specialists. Moreover, you will engage with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication by incorporating the Pricing Steering Groups inputs and keeping stakeholders informed on pricing decisions and strategies.

What You’ll Bring
You’ll bring expertise in creating and implementing a variety of pricing models to maximise revenues with awareness of the competitive landscape and a strong background in commercial analysis within global sales environments. Your experience extends to providing critical pricing support during customer contract negotiations, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
You’ll be highly skilled in data analysis with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, using complex formulas and efficiently summarising data to make informed business decisions. Your ability to engage with and build relationships with key stakeholders ensures alignment across teams and smooth project execution.
Your organizational and planning skills are exceptional, allowing you to prioritize and deliver on key objectives efficiently. Whether navigating complex projects or managing multiple stakeholders, your ability to stay focused on the most important outcomes makes you an invaluable asset to any team.
