We are looking for Business Analyst who has worked on a range or projects, has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills and is comfortable with presenting complex data, requirements & solution proposals and simplifying these, depending on the target audience.

Role context:

The Dynamics 365 Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting, enhancing, and expanding Insights Dynamics 365 instance. This position is responsible for ensuring requirements for changes to Dynamics365, both Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE), are identified, documented and tested appropriately.

The role will sit within our Programme Delivery team assigned to the European Roll Out project.  This project is to implement Insights instance of Dynamics365 into 7 European countries.

The D365 BA will operate within the European Roll Out squad working with Consultants, Developers and other BAs to onboard colleagues onto Dynamics365.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to identify and analyse business needs
• Gathering and documenting requirements
• Carry out testing to confirm solutions meet requirements & maintain quality standards
• Data gathering and cleansing (expert level)
• User story creation

• Experienced in requirements elicitation and analysis
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders
• Ability to manage tasks independently and juggle multiple priorities
• Understanding of the project lifecycle
