Join Insights as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tester to support, enhance, and expand our Dynamics 365 base, focusing on both Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test scripts for F&O and CE modules.
• Utilize the Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) for F&O.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts, analyse outcomes, and report results.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects, verifying fixes.
• Conduct ad hoc testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test scenarios.
• Manage workload across multiple squads efficiently.
• Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates for aligned testing practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 testing for F&O and CE.
• Understanding of F&O modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc.
• Experience with RSAT, Azure DevOps, and agile environments.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn new technologies.
