Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring Forklift Operators to contribute to our Operations team in Chambersburg, PA.

What You’ll Need:
- Certification as a forklift operator or ability to be certified
- 1 year work experience in at least one previous job
- 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
What You’ll Do:
- Operates motorized equipment and uses a radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.
- Moves stock as assigned.
- Signs out motorized equipment after completing a daily safety checklist
- Reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Stacks product physically onto and off pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.
- Loads and unloads trucks.
- Ability to successfully complete forklift certification process
- Reading comprehension skills up to high school level
- Writing skills up to high school level
- Math skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtraction
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to work independently or in a group environment
- Ability to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demands
- Ability to meet and maintain production standards
- Ability to maintain reasonably reliable attendance
- Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
- Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift
- Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception) and hearing for safe operation of motorized equipment
- Ability to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50lbs frequently during the assigned shift –.
- Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 65lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 0-35lbs frequently and 36-75lbs occasionally
- Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift
- Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift
- Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends
- Exposure to wide range of temperatures

Schedules:
B Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Wednesdays from 7am to 7pm
Pay:$19.50 per hour
