Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Technician II to contribute to our Distribution team in Chambersburg, PA.  Under limited supervision, this person will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs, relating to distribution center facilities and equipment. The Technician will ensure that all equipment in the distribution center facility is maintained properly, by performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards.  This individual will partner with leadership in daily support to internal customers and maintenance team. 

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm 
  • OT may be required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.
  • 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment. 
  • Ensures repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements. 
  • Performs complex technical duties, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
  • Performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Detects faulty operations, defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Operates motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper, etc.
  • Complies with all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
  • Helps maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
