    Job Description

    • Ensures the timely shipping of all CDF, PTO, ING and other high priority orders
    • Coordinates employees appropriately based on workload, moving resources between DMS Sort, PKMS Sort, and PKMS packout.
    • Trains employees in DMS and PKMS functionality, and ensure completion of all open orders in the system
    • Stages the Multi Sort and packout area daily as new orders arrive
    • Communicates with leadership on any issues regarding CDF/PTO orders.
    • Communicates with the Production and Case Departments for the status of CDF/PTO batches and reworks.
    • Monitors conveyor and divert lines for inbound totes and look for totes needed for batches.
    • Communicates with leadership in Chambersburg, TMS support and TN to resolve open order issues, missing totes, waves, address issues, etc
    • Performs shipping closeouts in DMS and PKMS, as needed, to ensure timely transmission of ASNs.
    • Maintains knowledge and understanding of the workflow in the Production and Case Departments
    • Ensures all special processing tasks (VAS) are completed as required (gift warp, audits, etc)
    • Monitors associate performance and provide feedback to associate and leadership

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 1 year PTO/CDF experience within an ICG/Lightning Source, LLC facility

    B Shift: Wednesday through Friday, every other Saturday 07:00AM-07:00PM
