Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Sr. Financial Analyst to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

In this role, you will prepare analysis and forecasts of complex financial, economic, and other critical data and trends to support business decision making and achieving strategic goals.  You will work with the finance team on pricing analysis, monthly financial reporting and presenting of results, profitability analysis, and other ad hoc projects as needed. In addition, you’ll provide a high level of support during the forecasting and budgeting process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 5 years’ experience in an accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or relevant field
  • 3 years’ experience utilizing advanced proficiency MS Office applications, particularly Excel to include formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables and V-look up functions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes complex data and prepares forecasts, reporting, and recommendations for leadership to make informed business decisions.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reporting of financial results and communicates drivers of the performance.
  • Provides a high level of decision support for proposed pricing actions by simulating the effect of changes in pricing on customer profitability and providing recommendations.
  • Performs detailed and complex financial analysis of new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, capital expenditures, acquisitions and/or other projects.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive financial models used for business planning.
  • Provides high level of support during forecasts and annual budget by gathering and analyzing data and helping to develop forecasting assumptions.
  • Proactively examines and provides recommendations to improve processes, reporting, and profitability.
