Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) seeks a motivated, creative Sales and Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team in NYC. This individual will support the international sales team as they manage and develop business in our export markets for our client publishers such as Grove Atlantic, Europa Editions, Spiegel & Grau, Harvard Business Review, Aperture, 3D Total, and more. Additionally, you’ll assist in coordinating various departmental processes including our international publishing program, drop shipments, sales projections, sales analysis, and international operations.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or year-for-year related experience
- 2 years of experience in publishing or office environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, with a particular emphasis on proficiency in Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Generates sales reports and analyses for the international sales team.
- Works directly with customers and reps to address their daily needs and resolve issues.
- Collaborates with various departments to improve team processes.
- Assists in managing the international publishing program.
- Administers the overseas drop shipment process.
- Runs and manages reports for the Weekly Focus Title Meeting.
- Efficiently coordinates and maintains seasonal title lists, encompassing drop-ins, projections, and focus titles for the department.
- Creates and sends onboarding/offboarding e-blasts to accounts and reps.
- Acts as an expert on internal and vendor systems, including training and troubleshooting.
- Assists in presentations, special projects, and book fair preparations.
- Manages the distribution of sales materials and samples.
- Coordinates Canadian key account coop.
- Trains new team members and commission reps on systems and procedures.
- Updates Rep Tool drive for Commission Reps regularly.
- Assists sales managers with queries related to sales, operations, and shipping.
- Creates and modifies e-blasts for key titles in Latin America.
- Aids in increasing sales in the Latin American market through marketing materials, reporting, and relationship building.
- Monitors international Amazon preorders and key title orders.
- Assists the VP of International Sales and provide general administrative support.
Hiring Salary Range: $22.34 - $31.04. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
