Job Description
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an EDI (Electronic Data Interface) Support Specialist to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
In this role, you will act as first-tier customer contact for implementation of electronic interfaces with ILS, including EDI, ipage, grid setup, and iMatch. You will participate in telephone consultations and preparation and execution of training on these products. You will also work with eCommerce and IT departments to support electronic and web-based products for ILS.

Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent year for year experience
- 3 years of experience in electronic interfaces, tech support or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electronic Order Management Systems
- Experience working with FTP files
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Word
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiates EDI projects based upon information provided from sales. Verifies information and creates JIRA.
- Tracks EDI projects for Department.
- Assists customers with ipage questions, ipage grid issues, first-tier EDI issues such as resolving incorrect orders received from customer
- Works with customer to successfully implement interfaces.
- Provides detailed telephone consultation and utilizes WebEx.
- Trains other associates or customers on use of products.
- Works with customer data to insure proper loading into EDI, ipage , and BookMARC.
- Writes weekly 5/15 report, identifying project progress, obstacles, and tasks
- Uses SalesForce CRM to track cases and tasks related to EDI/Enriched ipage set ups and training.
