Job Description

This role is based in Bugis Junction Towers office. 

Be part of the marketing team to develop and execute engaging omni-channel marketing campaigns for the Maritime, Energy & Industrial portfolio to increase event branding, attendance, and partnership collaborations, with core KPIs of securing partnerships, attendance targets, and attendee satisfaction metrics.

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage content across digital platforms including event website, EDMs, social media platforms and online channels
  • Conceptualise and coordinate the production of marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency and messaging
  • Provide support in event registration system and on-site registration (i.e. facilitate online & on-site registration, sending email confirmations and attending to enquiries)
  • Develop and monitor development of marketing assets
  • Management of photographers and videographers for event coverage
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing activities

Analytics & Lead Generation

  • Use of online/enterprise systems for marketing purposes and database management
  • Data management including data mining to improve customer segmentation and targeting as well as campaign performance
  • Design, implement and measure customer satisfaction by developing surveys and provide insights
  • Track, evaluate and report results for marketing campaigns

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Manage working relationship with creative agencies and vendors
  • Preparation of publicity contracts & materials to engage trade media partners and local media
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements
  • Identify new partnership and media partners to extend event reach and enhance attendee experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant event and marketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, goal oriented, self-motivated and passionate in marketing
  • Desire to develop in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Design Software will be advantageous
  • Quick to adapt to enterprise systems i.e. CRM, Website CMS, Database Management
  • Able to commit longer working hours i.e. weekends during event period and leading up to event
