Job Description
This role is based in our 17/F, China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong office.
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that drive exhibition promotion and enhance brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying emerging industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content of exceptional quality. This role requires a strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact and efficiency across our Food & Hospitality portfolio.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategies, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across but not limited to digital, print, and partnership channels.
- Enhance brand recognition and market positioning for all exhibitions within the Food & Hospitality portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and deliver high-calibre professional content
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with media partners and industry thought leaders to expand event visibility and audience reach
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on marketing campaign performance, track KPIs such as visitor growth and digital engagement, using insights to optimise campaigns.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and marketing best practices to continuously elevate campaign effectiveness
- Demonstrate initiative by conceptualizing and implementing innovative promotional channels and marketing approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in exhibition/trade show marketing, with proven leadership in managing marketing teams
- A strong enthusiasm for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional industry experiences
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Superior interpersonal and communication abilities with proven collaborative skills
- Excellent project management, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking across diverse industries
- Ability to manage complex marketing calendars and meet challenging deadlines
- Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork orientation, and self-motivation
