Job Description

This role is based in Bugis Junction Towers office. 

Be part of the marketing team to execute and optimise omni-channel marketing campaigns for the Maritime, Energy & Industrial portfolio, with a focus on driving event attendance, supporting partnership development, and delivering strong attendee engagement and satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels to support event objectives
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals and campaign assets
  • Manage event registration systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support the development and deployment of marketing assets across channels
  • Coordinate photographers and videographers for on-site coverage
  • Liaise with creative agencies and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing activities

Analytics & Lead Generation

  • Utilise marketing systems and databases (e.g. CRM, CMS) to support campaign execution
  • Assist with data management, segmentation, and campaign targeting
  • Track, analyse, and consolidate campaign performance metrics
  • Support post-event surveys and feedback collection, and highlight key insights for improvement

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Support the development and execution of partnership deliverables and publicity commitments
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of partnership agreements
  • Contribute to the identification and onboarding of new media and industry partner. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders and working across teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with enterprise systems such as CRM and CMS
  • Willing to commit extended working hours, including weekends, during event
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position
