Job Description
This role based in our China Resources Building office.
- Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and plan for Marintec China, aligning with the company’s overall development goals. Decompose sales targets (including booth sales, sponsorship revenue, etc.) into individual team members and monitor the progress to ensure the achievement or overachievement of annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives.
- Responsibly manage key customer relationships, conduct regular visits and communications with important clients
- Negotiating cooperation agreements with customers, review contract terms to ensure compliance and risk control, and promote the smooth signing and implementation of contracts. Strictly manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of sales funds.
- Coordinate with the marketing, operations, finance team and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales support work, such as the production of sales materials, the organization of promotional activities, and the follow-up of customer after-sales services. Participate in the planning and execution of Marintec China’s on-site activities and promotional campaigns.
- Regularly compile sales reports, customer analysis reports and market dynamics reports, and report the sales progress, team performance and key issues to the superior management in a timely and accurate manner. Put forward improvement suggestions and solutions based on the analysis results.
- Promote Marintec China’s brand image and core advantages to the global market, enhance the exhibition’s visibility and influence, and attract more high-quality exhibitors and sponsors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Event Management, Maritime Studies, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in exhibition, maritime, B2B sales, or key account management. Experience in maritime or industrial exhibition sales is preferred.
Able to independently break down and achieve sales targets (booth sales, sponsorship revenue, etc.) and lead the team to exceed goals.
Excellent customer relationship maintenance and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle contract terms, risk control, and accounts receivable collection.
Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to coordinate the production of sales materials, event organization, after-sales service, and other related tasks.
Proficient in preparing sales reports, customer analysis reports, and market dynamics reports, and able to propose improvement plans based on analysis.
