Job Description

 This role is based in our Ha Phan Building Office.

  • Marketing Executive position is part of the VIETNAM JV GLOEX Portfolio. 

  • Working with senior to prepare marketing plans within key objectives by identifying target audiences, objectives, promotional activities and desired outcomes of the marketing plan.

  • Brain-storming and implementing detailed campaign for every targeted marketing activities and channels.
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitors’ activities subject to relevant projects to develop an accurate and effective marketing strategy.
  • Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Website, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Producing creative content for all marketing material, copy, design brief, video brief, etc.
  • Creating and working with graphic designers to produce materials of visual impact and in line with the projects’ concepts and requirements.
  • Coordinating with third party to produce event’s photo and video productions.
  • Working with partners to maintain powerful cross-functional promotion by negotiating barter deals.
  • Generating reports frequently to evaluating and reviewing all marketing campaigns after every project by coordinating with other relevant teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations).
  • Staying up to date on current marketing trends and contribute to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns and customer targeting.
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 2 years of experience working in Marketing / Communication / Advertising / Business Development or related fields.
  • Experience in the B2B event industry is a plus
  • Well organized and time management skill
  • Practical and strategic thinking.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Speaking and writing English fluently.
