Job Description
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place, London office.
As a Marketing Data Enablement Specialist, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust marketing data infrastructure. Reporting to the Marketing Data Enablement Lead, you will focus on implementing tracking solutions, ensuring data governance, and enabling seamless integration across platforms. Your expertise will ensure marketing teams have access to accurate, reliable data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Tagging & Tracking Implementation: Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, data layers, and event tracking to ensure accurate data collection.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Enforce privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA compliance, and manage cookie consent frameworks.
- Integration & Enablement: Facilitate seamless data flow across platforms such as GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, BigQuery, and paid media tools.
- Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Audit and debug tracking setups to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement tracking solutions for campaigns and website analytics.
- Collaboration with Developers & IT Teams: Enhance tracking infrastructure and support new platform integrations.

- Legal & Compliance Teams: Ensure tracking meets GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics implementation, with a strong focus on Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
- Proven experience managing tracking for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web, paid media, and CRM tracking.
- Solid understanding of data integration across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with cookie consent management platforms (CMPs) and data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Hands-on experience with event tracking within paid media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
Skills
- Advanced expertise in GTM, GA4, and data layer implementations to deliver structured and scalable tracking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of tagging best practices, including event tracking, enhanced ecommerce, and form tracking.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting tracking issues across web, paid media, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and web development concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical tracking concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
