Job Description
We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer (French Speaker) with strong experience in CI/CD environments, Kubernetes, and platform automation. If you enjoy working autonomously, solving complex technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement across critical platforms, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms and their users.
- Support development teams in the adoption and effective use of DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to CI/CD and container orchestration platforms.
- Design, implement, and enhance automation across DevSecOps environments.
- Create and maintain technical templates, including Jenkins pipelines and Ansible playbooks.
- Ensure the operational maintenance and continuous improvement of CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms.
- Monitor platform performance and provide operational KPIs and reporting.
- Collaborate with Application, Production, Security, and external partner teams to ensure platform stability and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, and ArgoCD.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerized environments, and cloud-native platforms.
- Proven experience with automation and scripting, particularly Bash, Ansible, and AWX.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD platform administration, monitoring, support, and Kubernetes cluster management.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps security practices, including container hardening, privilege management, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and technical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Software Craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Understanding of modern software architecture concepts such as Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing is a plus.
- Fluent French (C1 level) is mandatory.
