Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join an international cybersecurity team focused on strengthening information security, IT risk management, operational resilience, and protection against evolving cyber threats.

In this role, you will contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity and risk management practices across a complex and global technological environment. You will work closely with international stakeholders, supporting critical security initiatives and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, governance frameworks, and operational resilience requirements.

As part of a distributed cybersecurity team, you will collaborate with global experts and contribute to the protection of critical business infrastructures, including secure financial messaging environments and related cybersecurity controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess cybersecurity risks, identifying potential impacts and recommending mitigation measures.
  • Manage and maintain risk registers, ensuring risks are accurately documented, monitored, and reported.
  • Review and analyze firewall requests, validating compliance with security standards and business requirements.
  • Maintain, challenge, and continuously improve cybersecurity procedures, controls, and governance processes.
  • Perform cybersecurity assessments and controls to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support operational resilience initiatives and contribute to the strengthening of the organization's cybersecurity maturity.
  • Collaborate with internal and international teams to address security challenges and improve risk management practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity Risk Management.
  • Good understanding of network security concepts and architectures.
  • Knowledge of secure financial messaging environments (SWIFT experience is a plus).
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies, security controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

Language Requirements

  • English: Advanced/Fluent (C1-C2)
