Job Description

We are looking for an Integration Security & Access Governance Engineer to support a strategic initiative focused on strengthening access governance, improving compliance, and reducing security-related technical debt across enterprise integration environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues related to technical and service accounts
  • Define and implement a formal Firefighter/Emergency Access process, including request and approval workflows
  • Restrict and govern access to production environments based on least-privilege principles
  • Review and improve access-control mechanisms across ERP integration platforms
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and technical teams to ensure secure and auditable access management
  • Create and maintain audit-ready documentation for access controls and governance processes

Qualifications

  • Experience managing technical and service accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
  • Experience designing Emergency Access / Firefighter processes
  • Knowledge of least-privilege principles and PROD environment access control
  • Experience with access governance in ERP integration environments
  • Ability to create audit-ready compliance and security documentation
  • Strong English communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Governance

Nice to Have

  • SAP Security or SAP Authorization concepts
  • Experience with integration platform access controls
  • Experience in regulated or GxP environments
  • Exposure to audit, compliance, and governance frameworks
