Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will work with modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure to build scalable data platforms, unlock the value of enterprise data, and deliver solutions with real business impact across finance, sales, manufacturing, procurement, marketing, and other key business areas.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ingestion workflows
- Develop data transformations using Spark, PySpark, SQL and Python
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse
- Create semantic models and Power BI reports
- Integrate data from multiple systems and sources
- Support CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
- Ensure data quality, performance, scalability and security
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver valuable data solutions
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Fabric projects
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and data warehousing solutions
- Experience building ETL/ELT solutions and working with Spark/PySpark
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams
- Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Networking and Azure Security
- Knowledge of serverless Azure services
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, ARM Templates or similar)
