Job Description
As a Workplace L3 Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of Workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.
Working as a Level 3 expert, you will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams to deliver robust and efficient workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments
- Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions
- Automate operational tasks and processes using PowerShell
- Manage and optimize security and compliance policies
- Provide advanced L3 support and resolve complex incidents
- Participate in workplace transformation and migration initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Provide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace services and user experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
- Proven experience providing L3 Support in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and GPOs.
- Solid experience managing Windows and macOS environments, including JAMF Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security, compliance, and device management.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience supporting workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
- Fluent English and good level of French.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
