Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Product Manager. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, helping to deliver digital products and portals that meet user needs and create real value. You will work closely with different stakeholders, translate business needs into requirements, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively. You will also monitor product performance and continuously suggest improvements based on feedback and data.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements
- Work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to understand and define business needs
- Ensure requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications with IT teams
- Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and feedback
Product Management
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with IT teams
- Support the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with requirements
- Contribute to product roadmaps and regularly review priorities
- Track product usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and analyze user feedback to guide future enhancements
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact between business and IT teams
- Promote open communication and inclusive collaboration across teams
- Provide regular updates on product progress, releases, and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with people from different backgrounds and levels
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Collaboration and respect for diverse perspectives
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
- Ability to work across teams and departments (transversal environment)
- Curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Passion for delivering products that solve real user needs and create business impact
